After Hours Building Maintenance is a local cleaning service that was started by Jefferson City native Sam Roedel in 1980.

What started as a one man office contract cleaning company has grown to a company with 150 plus employees servicing 80 local businesses. As a result of the success and growth, Roedel Cleaning has emerged as an incorporated company that provides additional services such as strip and waxing floors, shampooing carpets, construction cleanup, and our newest service ultrasonic blind cleaning.

Sam takes pride in his companies and has 29 years of experience. Our companies pay close attention to details. The goals of our services are to assure that the buildings we maintain remain the most attractive facilities in Jefferson City and to take care of the individual needs of each contract.
